We are a small Oakland based company with an emphasis on remodeling and
small additions. The owner, Scott Stroud, prides himself on a truly
hands on approach and will be present during much of the project with
his tool belt on. We hope to foster an atmosphere where the clients
expression is carried out with integrity and craftsmanship resulting in
a successful project for both the client and Noble Builders. We are
available for projects in the greater Oakland area, Berkeley, and San
Leandro.
